Dr. KEVIN FITZGERALD SELECTED AS THE 2019 NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR OF THE YEAR

(Camden, DE.)  Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald, Superintendent of the Caesar Rodney School District, has been selected as the 2019 National Educational Administrator of the Year.  Dr. Fitzgerald will be honored at the annual National Association of Educational Office Professionals (NAEOP) Awards Banquet during the NAEOP Annual Conference and Institute Awards Banquet held at the Riverside Hotel in Boise, Idaho on July 17th

NAEOP members hold this National Educational Administrator of the Year award in high regard, and it is significant honor to those who are selected.  This award follows the honor Dr. Fitzgerald received in May 2018 as the 2018 National Association of School Superintendents, Superintendent of the Year.

“When our organization chose Dr. Fitzgerald as the DAEOP Administrator of the Year last fall, we knew that there was no better qualified candidate to represent Delaware. The support he extends to our Delaware Association of Educational Office Professionals is certainly commended, respected and appreciated by all of our members,” DAEOP President Teresa Craft said.

“I am both humbled and honored to receive this national recognition. It’s our office professionals who deserve to be recognized for what they do each and every day to make our schools warm and welcoming places for our students and their parents. I am proud to represent Delaware and the National Association of Educational Office Professionals as their National Educational Administrator of the Year,” Superintendent Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald said.
