Mrs. Alma Bartolomeo

 
Mrs. Bartolomeo is a Title One Instructional Paraprofessional at WB Simpson Elementary School. She has taught reading as part of the Reading Intervention Team at Simpson since 2007 and has also worked in the Capital School District.  Mrs. Bartolomeo is retired from the United States Air Force with 25 years of service. An avid volunteer, she has been an Odyssey of the Mind judge since 2008. She is married to James and has three children who all attended Caesar Rodney High School.

Ms. Bones is a former WB Simpson and Fifer Middle School student. She is a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School. She attended Mount St. Mary College in Newburgh, NY where she majored in Elementary Education, and played both Volleyball and Lacrosse. She recently graduated from Wesley College with her Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies. Ms. Bones plans on pursuing her Masters Dregee in Special Education in the Fall 2021.

This is Mrs. Meggan Burawski first year working at W.B. Simpson Elemnatry School as the school's nurse and she is very excited to be here. Mrs. Dawn Card

 
Mrs. Dawn Card is the librarian at WB Simpson Elementary school in Camden, Delaware. She began her career in education at the J. Ralph McIlvaine Early Childhood Center in 2005. Wanting to diversify grade levels, she moved to WB Simpson in 2012 where she taught 1st grade for two years.  Prior to teaching, Mrs. Card served in the USAF. She retired from the 512th Airlift Wing, Dover AFB in 2016, after 27 years of military service. She is married to her husband Brad, and they have two daughters, Megan and Madeleine.  They all reside in Magnolia, DE.

Mrs. Lisa Cook

Mrs. Lisa Cook is a proud CR grad! She attended W.B. Simpson from Kindergarten-6th grade. After graduating from CR she attended the University of Delaware where she recived her Bachlors of Science degree in Elementary Education and Wilmington University where she earned her Masters of Education as a Reading Specialist. She has taught in the Caesar Rodeny School District for 28 years - 25 years at Allen Frear Elementary and 3 at W.B. Simpson. She has one daughter, and 4 rescue pets - 2 dogs and 2 cats. Mrs. Amanda Hobbs

Amanda Hobbs is in her tenth year at W.B. Simpson Elementary School, currently serving as the Special Education Case Manager. Miss Erinne Jewell

Born and raised in Delaware, I graduated from Delaware State University in May 2019 with my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. I have worked with elementary students for 8 years in various capacities and will be starting my first year of teaching in August as the 2nd Grade Chinese Immersion teacher. I began teaching in the Caesar Rodney School District in 1992. Ms. Chen Ling

Chen Ling teaches 1st grade Chinese immersion at W.B Simpson Elementary. Miss Ling graduated from University of Maryland, where she earned her master degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She has half year student teaching experience in first grade chinese immersion in Maryland. Miss Ling loves to sing songs and tell stories. Mrs. Lindsay Malloy

Mrs. Lindsay Malloy is a 1st grade SAM teacher at W.B. Simpson. The 2021-2022 school year is her 9th year teaching. Mrs. Malloy was born and raised in Magnolia, DE and is a Caesar Rodney graduate. Tamara is the Instructional Math Coach at Simpson. She previously taught first grade and fourth grade at Simpson. Mrs. Rachel Sams

Mrs. Sams is a paraprofessional for the Chinese Immersion program. She also assisted with Math Rti and volunteered for the school health committee. She was born and raised in Lancaster, PA and studied Music Education at Millersville University. Her family (Handsome husband, two amazingly adorable children, and magnificent Lola beast) moved to DE in 2015 and are happy to call it home. Mrs. Jessica Shane

Jessica Shane is finishing up her 10th year in education.  She is currently serving as a reading specialist/reading coach for W.B. Simpson.  Mrs. Shane has previous experience in grades K-3.  She has served in a variety of settings such as; TAM, SAM, Gen. Ed, and Intervention.  Mrs. Shane's heart belongs to CR as a 2007 alumni to our district.  She earned her undergrad degree in elementary education (K-6) from Wilmington University and her Master's of Education in Reading (K-12).  Mrs. Shane is currently serving a three year term on the Humanities Council for our district.  In her spare time, Mrs. Shane loves spending time with her horses, traveling, and spending time with her fur babies & husband.

Mrs. Taraboletti has been working in Caesar Rodney School District for 18 years. During that time she has worked with Pre-K through 12th grade children in a variety of settings. Ms. Krista Tennefoss

I am a paraprofessional and I have been working for W.B.Simpson Elementary School and the Caesar Rodney School District for the last thirteen years. I worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional for six years. For the last seven years Ihave worked as a Title I paraprofessional working under the direct supervision of W.B.Simpson's Reading Specialist. I attended Delaware Technical and Community College and I received my degree in Para-educator Technology. Miss Chunyang Yang

Chunyang Yang is a second grade Chinese Immersion Program teacher at W.B. Simpson Elementary School. This is Ms. Yang’s third year in Delaware, Ms. Yang really enjoys the life in Delaware and she is very excited to be a part of Simpson Family.
