Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Amanda McDonough

Dear Caesar Rodney Countywide Program Students, Families, Staff and Community,

Thank you for welcoming me as your new principal. My first few weeks have been filled with many classroom, vocational and internship site visits. I was able to see firsthand the great work and inclusive experiences that our students are involved in. I am also impressed with the sense of pride that accompanies being part of the Caesar Rodney Rider Family. I am honored to also wear the CRSD colors, blue and gold, inside and out.

As the CRCWP principal, I am committed to ensuring that the long-standing traditions of providing excellent education and high quality transition opportunities for our students, families and staff in the coming weeks.

Habit number two from Stephen Covey's book 7 Habits of Highly Successful People states, "Not only do the staff at CRCWP teach the whole child, we do so with a vision for what lies ahead in the future for our students. We believe that the skills we teach in preschool, elementary, middle and high school are integral in preparing our students for a fulfilling and productive adult life. We also believe that our families and community are integral members of ensuring these outcomes.

Together, we are CRCWP strong!

Thank You,

Amanda McDonough
