Request to Change Student Bus Assignment
Only use this form when your student needs to be transported to &/or from an address other than the home address. This form MUST be submitted every year if requesting a change.
Please note that the bus routes are frozen from August 16, 2023 until September 14, 2023. Please continue to submit requests to your child's school. The changes will take place after the hold has been lifted.
