Mr. James Pennewell - Supervisor of Facilities Management
James (Jimmy) Pennewell is a Caesar Rodney High School and Wilmington University graduate, where he received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He is a resident of the district with his wife and three children. Before joining the Caesar Rodney School District, he worked for the Delaware Department of Education, managing the state’s Capital Budget for education. In addition to his role at Caesar Rodney, Jimmy is an adjunct instructor for Wilmington University and is on the board of directors for the Greater Dover Boys and Girls Club.
