College and Career Readiness
In Elementary School, students begin exploring careers during classroom counseling, library media, and other career exploration experiences.
In Middle School, students have the opportunity to explore specific courses that align to the High School pathways in Caesar Rodney.
In High school, there are a variety of career pathways offered so that students have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a concentration of interest, and, if continuing in the program, earn the possibility of early college credits, industry-recognized credentials, and work experience while still in High School. Some of these pathways include:
- Agriscience
- Business
- Technology Education
- Family and Consumer Sciences
In addition, Career and Technical Student Organizations are utilized to enhance this experience for students.
