Dr. Jessilene Corbett – Assistant Superintendent
Dr. Jessilene Corbett began her career in the Caesar Rodney School District as a 7th/8th grade English/Language Arts and Social Studies teacher, teaching regular and special education at the Caesar Rodney Junior High School and Postlethwait Middle School. In May 2005, she accepted her first administrative position as assistant principal at Fred Fifer III Middle School. In 2010, she became the principal at Dover Air Force Base Middle School, and after that school year, she returned to Fifer Middle School as the principal. Starting in 2014, Dr. Corbett accepted the position of Supervisor of Instruction. Her areas of responsibilities included Visual and Performing Arts (K-12), secondary Career and Technical Education, health and physical education (K-12), special education (Birth-21), state testing, and school counselors.
Dr. Corbett and her husband, David, have five sons that graduated from Caesar Rodney High School. They have four grandchildren, two of which attend Caesar Rodney schools.
