Educational Support Professional of the Year
The Caesar Rodney School District is accepting nominations for the 2026 Educational Support Professional of the Year.
Paraprofessionals, Custodians, Secretaries/Clerks, Crossing Guards, Child Nutrition Staff, and Transportation Staff
Who is eligible to nominate?
We encourage staff members to nominate educational support professionals in the District who have been role models and are exceptionally dedicated, knowledgeable, and skilled. The nominee should be positive, supportive, and professional at the work site and in the community.
We encourage students to nominate educational support staff who are or have been positive influences in their lives, have made school a great place to be, and have offered needed support in the building (classroom, cafeteria, hallways, grounds) or on the bus.
How do you nominate an Educational Support Professional?
Nomination forms are available in each school building’s main office and on the Caesar Rodney website. Completed nomination forms are to be returned to the nominee’s school.
