Sarah Mouhtarim, one of the Mental Health Counselors at Caesar Rodney High School, is the 2025-2026 Caesar Rodney School District Behavioral Health Professional of the Year. MS. Mouhtarim takes great pride in her position and enjoys the challenge of not knowing what each day holds. Sarah is entering her fifth year with the district, second year at CRHS and is excited to see what this year has in store!
