Andrea LaMotte teaches grades 6-8 special education at the John S. Charlton Program. With eight years experience, Andrea received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Asbury College in Kentucky and a Master of Education from Wilmington University.

“The most reward-ing part of teaching for me is watching my students master new academic skills and see the excitement on their face as they realize they accomplished what they have been working so hard on in the classroom. I love looking back at the progress a student has made over a school year and knowing that I helped them get to the point they are at today. I know that the skills that they work on and master today will impact them for the rest of their lives.”
