Mr. Paul Rodgers - Child Nutrition Supervisor

My career began when I was sixteen years old as a culinarian at the Bayard House Restaurant in Chesapeake City, Maryland. Once graduating high school, I went on to earn my Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, graduating as “Chef’s Choice Culinary Arts Student of the Year” from Delaware Technical & Community College located in Stanton, Delaware.

In 2005, I earned the position of Assistant Director for the Food & Nutrition Department at Cecil County Public Schools, this position I held for ten years. During my time at Cecil County Public Schools, I also earned both my Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and my Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership.

My most recent accomplishment has been earning my position as the Child Nutrition Supervisor for the Caesar Rodney School District. I am very proud to be part of the Caesar Rodney School District, extending my career in the field of child nutrition. I feel so fortunate to have found a career that is dedicated and supported by child nutrition professionals that care so much for the health and wellbeing of our children.
