Welcome to Postlethwait Middle School – the home Care, Kindness, and Respect! The 2019-2020 school year marks my sixteenth year as an administrator for the Caesar Rodney School District and my seventh year with Postlethwait. I am very proud to say that my children are fifth generation Caesar Rodney products. Both of my children attended Postlethwait for middle school. My daughter is at Caesar Rodney High School and my son is in college.

My Bachelor's degree and experiences are in the areas of general education from pre-school to middle school and in special education from birth to 21. My Master's degree is in Curriculum and Instruction and I completed my Doctoral program in the areas of Innovation and Leadership.

I am proud to be your principal and have a strong affinity for working with parents and helping students discover and solidify their individual strengths.
