Dawn Gordinier is currently a first grade teacher at Allen Frear Elementary School. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood at Wilmington University. Whilst teaching, she also completed her Master’s Degree in Educational Technology. She has been teaching children for 14 years. 

In addition to her passion for teaching, Mrs. Gordinier is also a busy wife and mother to four children who are all involved in numerous extra-curricular activities within the Caesar Rodney School District. In her down time, she is an avid reader.
