Jessica Shalongo (Bendolph)

Hi, my name is Jessica Shalongo (Bendolph) and I am the Occupational Therapist for the Early Intervention Program.  I graduated from Wesley College with my Masters in Occupational Therapy and Delaware State University with my Bachelor of Science degree.  I am very excited about starting my second year with the Early Intervention Program and am looking forward to assisting all our kiddos via a tier 1 approach this school year.  This past August i got married to my husband, Sika Bendolph (who is a PE and Health teacher at Dover Air Force Mase Middle School).  We have two dogs named Anakin & Padme.  Anakin is 3 years old and is a shelti-lab mix.  Padme is 5 years old and is a terrier mix.  In my free time i love to go to the beach, Harvest Ridge Winery, hangout with family and friends and relax on the couch while watching shows and movies.

Carrie Baginski

Hello, my name is Carrie Lynn Baginski.  I am a Speech Language Pathologist providing services for the Early Intervention Program.  I graduated from Duquesne University with a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.  I have a daughter who attends Magnolia Middle School.  We have a Beta and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.  We enjoy outdoor activities with our family and friends.

Shannon Hardee

This will be my fourth year working for the Caesar Rodney Early Intervention Program as a speech therapist.  I am a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, with a Master's degree in speech language pathology.  My husband and I have been married for 26 years and have 2 girls, ages 16 and 19.  I enjoy travelling, being active outdoors, and spending time with family, friends and our bernedoodle puppy

Mrs. Lydia Frasier

Mrs. Lydia Frasier has been an educator for 13 years.  She is a true Jersey girl and has lived in Delaware since 2019.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Centenary University in Hackettstown, NJ.  Mrs. Frasier earned her Master's in Teaching Special Education from New Jersey City University in 2015 and is finishing her second Master's in Reading in November 2022.

Mrs. Frasier has two daughters, Asyah a senior at Delaware State University, and Amiya, a sophomore at North Carolina A&T State University.  She and her husband, Patrick live in Camden-Wyoming with their French Bulldog, Cooper.  During her free time, she enjoys shopping, cooking, and spending time with her family.
